Code: User Group's ID.
Description: User Group's description.
Maximum Discount: Maximal discount user from this user group is allowed to give in Metra POS Software. Leave empty for no discount limitations.
Service Groups - Sales: Select which Service Groups are available for this User Group in the Metra POS Software.
Point of Sale Groups - Analyses: Only sales of selected Points of Sale is included in sale reports for this User Group. Used if you want to seperate sales into more categories. Example: If bar, restaurant, shop, etc. inside the facility (Pool, Wellness, School, etc.) are both using the same Metra software, but the sale reports must be separated (different owners, etc.).
Privileges - Sale: Select which actions User Group is allowed to perform in the Metra POS Software: Reversal - allowed to make Bill / Delivery Note reversals; Reversal Item - allowed to remove Items from reversed Bill / Delivery Note; Reversal of used Ticket - allowed to make reversals of already used tickets; Reprint Bill - allowed to reprint Bill or Delivery Note; Coupons - allowed to sale Coupons; Unlock - allowed to unlock Locker from Metra POS Software (ELS NET); Card Delivery & Electronic Money - Cashless Vending procedures with Electronic Money and Card Delivery in Metra POS Software; Lockers - Locker sale (rental) from Metra POS Software; Blind POS - Quantity and Total are hidden for all payment types in Metra POS software; Buyer&Member Delivery Notes.
Privileges - Reports: Select which Reports User Group is allowed to view: Total Sales - total sales related Reports; Member Sold Items; Lockers - Locker Collect Report; All Other.
Privileges - Events: Select which Event Reports User Group is able to view: Visit By Item; All Other.
Privileges - View: Select which menus User Group is allowed to view: Capture - allowed to reset Container Counter; Download All and Clear - "Download All" and "Clear" buttons visible; Unlock - allowed to unlock Lockers; Lock Change - Allowed to reset locked/unlocked clocker counter in View\Locker's Status; Assign - ELS Assign buttons visible (OFF, assign, assign permanent); Remote Open - Buttons for remotely opening a passage (for Access devices) are visible; All Other.
Privileges - Hardware: Select to which Hardware settings User Group is allowed to access and/or modify: Multi Keys, Delivery Keys, Download and All Other.
Privileges - Tables: Select which Tables User Group is allowed to view: Price Lists; New Prices - button; Items and Services; Document Templates; Update Sold Tickets - button; Extend Sold Tickets - button; Buyers; Members; Member Admin; All Other.
Privileges - Setup: If " - Checked" Setup menu is accessible to this User Group.
Privileges - System: If " - Checked" System menu is accessible to this User Group.
Privileges - Settings: If " - Checked" Settings are accessible to this User Group.
Privileges - LCC: If " - Checked" LCC_CDR.EXE is unlocked for this User Group (only for LCC NET Tagsys systems).
