Applying time restriction to all Tickets:
If you added an additional "empty" Entrance Time B check engine to all Tickets (Services) you can quickly apply time restriction to all that tickets just by editing it. In this example this is an additional "(401) Time Restriction" ticket property. Useful for maintenance purposes, emergencies or similar.
Go to Ticket Properties and edit (enter desired "Valid Time" and / or "Valid Date") your time restriction ticket property. After ticket property is changed, go to Services and click on button to update all previously sold / created Tickets. NOTE: If "Valid Date" is not set, you can update sold Tickets ONLY a day before you want to restrict (disable) the entrance and also after all the guests leave, because the changed parameters will take effect immediately after the button is clicked. See also note regarding "Update Sold Tickets" button on the page Services.
Example: Facilities will be closed for next few days due to unexpected maintenance purposes. Just set the Entrance Time B to corresponding passage and set the "Valid Time" as shown bellow. "Valid Time" of Entrance Time B check engine is set outside of all Entrance Time A check engines so the Entrance is not possible. The same can also be done only for Entrances inside the Ring, for instance Sauna, Fitness, etc.
Applying additional Ticket time restriction EXAMPLE:
To already sold Ticket an additional Entrance Time B check engine can be applied. Create a Service with assigned only Entrance Time B and apply it to existing Ticket in POS Client software:
Example: If additional Entrance Time B check engine is applied to the previously described Year Ticket, the Existing Ticket will be valid only on workdays from 1.12.2009 to 21.3.2009 from 10:00 to 13:00.
