Service Group : select Service Group you want to view. Select "All" to view Services of all Service Groups.
Ticket Property : only services with selected Ticket Property are shown. Select "All" to view all services or "None" to view only services with no check engines.
Menu functions
Enabled: If "- Checked" the enabled Services are shown.
Disabled: If "- Checked" the disabled Services are shown.
Code: Service's ID.
Description: Service's description.
Enabled: If "Yes" Service is Enabled and all Items based on this service are visible in Metra POS Software.
#: Tax's ID.
Tax: Service's tax. NOTE: To Items based on Services with no tax selected discount can not be added! For Services like Electric Money, Token and optionally Deposit Tax must not be selected!
#: Tax 2's ID.
Tax 2: Service's tax 2. NOTE: Tax 2 is country specific setting as in some countries two different tax rates are used.
#: Group's ID.
Group: Service belongs to shown Service Group.
#: TC's ID.
TC: Not in use. Customer specific setting.
Update Sold Tickets
button: By clicking on the button you update all
previously sold tickets (Services) with new settings. Note that only selected (
- Checked) Service(s) will be updated! This feature is mostly used for Services
that include various check engines. Such services are Pool tickets, Sauna
tickets, Fitness tickets, etc.
Example: If you change fitness entrance
time restriction from 8:00 to 9:00 in Ticket
Properties all previously made tickets with that check engine will still be
able to access the fitness before 9 o'clock, but if you click the "Update Sold
Tickets" button, the new entrance time restriction will be applied to all
previously sold tickets.
NOTE (Applies only for SW versions before 3.60.1206.4): It is not suggested to update sold tickets during facilities operation. This can cause database deadlock errors resulting in irregular behavior of tickets presented to access control devices at that time!
NOTE (Applies for SW version 3.60.1206.4 and newer): Update sold tickets procedure is done differently to eliminate the possibility of database deadlock errors, although it takes approximately 30% more time to update all previously sold tickets. By refreshing the page (F5 button) the number (cultured red) of all remaining and not yet updated tickets is shown.

Extend
Sold Tickets
button: By clicking on the button
you extend the validity of all previously sold tickets (Services) that were valid between
the entered dates. Note that only selected (
- Checked) Service(s) will be updated! This feature is used when you want to
extend tickets that could not be used due to the facility repairs, renovations,
upgrades, etc.
NOTE: It is not suggested to extend sold tickets
during facilities operation. This can cause database deadlock
errors resulting in irregular behavior of tickets presented to access control
devices at that time!
Visible only if enabled for your user group in "Tables\General\User
Groups"!
