Go to "Control Panel\Printers and Faxes\" right-click on printer (the one that you have already set or want to set for printing documents from the Metra POS Software) and select properties.

Select the "Advanced" tab and click on the "Printing Defaults" button.

In the new window select the "Paper/Quality" tab and click on the "Advanced" button.

In the new window set the Paper size to "Full Width 72mm * Receipt".
