A ticket is an Item with assigned permissions and restrictions (check engines) in the form of Ticket Properties. Articles such as food, drinks, accessories are also Items but without any check engines assigned to them. All Items are based on Services. Item's Check engines are set in Services Add & Edit.
NOTE: Items (for sale) are defined by selecting the appropriate Ticket, Article, etc. and defining its price. An Item price is directly defined only for season Tickets, Articles, etc. For Tickets, Articles, Refunds and Additional payments which price is day or hour dependant an Item is defined with no price.
Item Group : select Item Group you want to view. Select "All" to view Items of all Item Groups.
Enabled: If " - Checked" the enabled Items are shown.
Disabled: If " - Checked" the disabled Items are shown.
Menu finctions
ID: Item's unique ID.
Enabled: If "Yes" Item is Enabled and visible in Metra POS Software.
Service: Service on which the Item is based.
Code: Item's code for quick search in Metra POS Software.
Price: Item's price including tax.
Discount: Item's maximal allowed discount.
Type: Item's type.
Penalty Item: Item's penalty item.
Group: Item's Group.
Export: When exporting into XML file, ID or Export (if entered) can be used as entry's (Item's) ID.
Ext. Export: External Delivery; such as payment to room account, etc.
Error messages:
When deleting an Item:
If you get error message: "Error: ... "T_DOC_INV"" ...". Items were already sold and can not be deleted.; T = Traffic
If you get error message: "Error: ... "S_DOC_INV"" ...". Items were already selected in Metra POS Software, but have not been sold yet. Items can not be deleted.; S = State
