New example Ticket will be created in existing Item Group "Hotel" and Service Group "Hotel".

STEP 1:

In Tables\Sale\Services add new Service with no Check Engines. Service will be used later on for Penalty Item.

STEP 2:

In Tables\Sale\Items add new Item. Select "Minutes" type and leave Price empty.

STEP 3:

In Tables\Sale\Price List A add new Additional Payment.

Example according values set in table bellow:

- Additional Payment 2,00 € is charged if total time in Sauna is exceeded form 0 to 60 minutes.

- Additional Payment 4,00 € is charged if total time in Sauna is exceeded form 60 to 120 minutes.

- Additional Payment 6,00 € is charged if total time in Sauna is exceeded for more than 120 minutes.

STEP 4:

In Tables\Sale\Ticket Properties add new Ticket Property. For Check Engine select "Daily Minutes Gross" and for Minutes enter total allowed time in Sauna.

STEP 5:

Go back to Tables\Sale\Services and add new Service with checked Daily Minutes Gross Check Engine (2h Hotel Sauna) added in STEP 4 as well as other required Check Engines. See also Services Add & Edit examples.

STEP 6:

Go to Tables\Sale\Items and add new Item based on Service added in STEP 5. For Penalty Item select Item added in STEP 2 (ADD002 - (661) DM Sauna Additional Payment).

STEP 7:

Ticket for Hotel guests with 2h Sauna from first entrance each day restriction is now available in Metra POS Software.

If user exceeds Ticket's Sauna time limit (in this example set to 2h) he/she is charged with additional payment according to prices set in Price List A.
